The Proud Peacock Program is a structured 7-week wellbeing and life skills program that equips students with practical tools to better understand their emotions, build confidence, and develop resilience.
Through engaging, age-appropriate sessions, students learn how to:

- Gentle movement (Tai Chi & stretching)
Students not only learn these concepts but practise them in a safe and supportive environment.
